The Annual General Meeting of the Oatley Rugby and Sporting Club will be held on Sunday the 22nd of September 2019 at 11.00 am at Maso’s.
The business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting will be:
1. To receive the Annual Report from the various Office Bearers.
2. To accept the minutes of last years Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive and consider the Treasurers report and if thought fit, to approve the balance sheet for the year 2019.
4. To elect the following members of the Management Committee.
- a. The President
- b. The Secretary
- c. The Treasurer
- d. The Senior’s Vice President
- e. The Junior’s Vice President
- f. The Mini’s Vice President
- g. Executive Members x 4
5. General Business

Notice is hereby given that all nominations for positions on the Management Committee must be received in writing by the Club Secretary 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. All nominations should be sent to PO Box 4132, Lugarno, 2210.
Copies of the minutes of last years Annual General Meeting will be available from 11.00am on the day of the A.G.M., so that all interested people may read them with a view to accepting them or not.
All members must be financial members of the club as at 14th of September 2019.
